Chris Hooper was like a God sent angel to help us get the house that we wanted. It was a unique situation me living in San Diego at the time and did not know Chris to begin with. He was referred to me. We made the offer sign the contract but were unable to close on the house due to the issue with the 1st bank that I was working with. The contract was canceled; the house went back to the market. He suggests I go with a true professional loan officer from another bank. Being a remote buyer comes with its own challenges, obviously, but Chris and his team were so accommodating, so patient, and nothing but professional through the entire process. My partner and I would enthusiastically and unconditionally recommend Chris for anyone interested in properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Thank you, Chris, for all the great work you have done for me and my family to find us such a beautiful house. Chris spent time every day to go to the house and be there for inspections and he made sure there were no deficiencies that would make us fail inspection. Moreover, he used his own links with other professionals to help us fix things. He went even further; he lowered the house price for us to enable us to get the house. He spent time before that everyday looking for the convenient house for us. What is so amazing is that he actually can advise you which house to buy instead of just wanting to find you whatever house. With him you are safe all the way from zero to a hundred to find the right prices, the right house, and the right area. I do not think I could have done it without him.
